Controllers for LED Strip Lights

For single-color strips, Low Voltage Dimmers has SKY RF dimmer receivers at 5A and 15A per channel (12V/60-180W or 24V/120-360W) plus an in-line touch dimmer switch rated 12-24V, 3A. For tunable-white strips, use Tunable Controllers: the LTECH M5 Series RF CCT controller (2 pairs of channels, 5A, up to 480W at 24V) or a SKY WiFi + RF CCT receiver. For color-changing strips, RGB Controllers and RGBW Controllers both use the SKY RF receiver platform — a 3-channel, 4A-per-channel receiver up to 288W at 24V — and a matching SKY RGB/RGBW amplifier (4 channels, 8A each, up to 768W) extends the run beyond one receiver. For DMX-controlled installs, our DMX decoder handles 4 channels (RGBW) at 5A each. For LED stair lighting, the SKY Stair Lighting Controller drives 32 SPI channels at 5-24V.

Every SKY receiver, controller and amplifier listed here runs on 12V or 24V DC, and its power limit changes with the voltage — for example, the RGB receiver handles 144W at 12V or 288W at 24V. Check the rated current per channel against your strip's power draw before wiring: strip wattage per foot × strip length should stay under the channel's rated current. Most SKY receivers and remotes include a sync function to keep multiple zones or receivers switching together.
